Tối nay là loạt prompt biến chính bạn thành nhân vật chính trong ảnh: một góc nhìn thứ nhất đưa bạn lên sườn núi Everest lúc bình minh, một khung hình dọc xếp ba phong cách của bạn chồng lên nhau, hai khung cảnh "sống sang" trên máy bay riêng và du thuyền hoàng hôn, và cuối cùng là cách dặn ChatGPT đừng tự ý "nắn" lại gương mặt bạn. Điểm chung: tất cả đều bắt đầu từ một tấm ảnh thật của bạn.
Cách dùng chung: Mở một đoạn chat mới trên ChatGPT hoặc Gemini, tải ảnh của bạn lên trước — ưu tiên ảnh chụp rõ mặt, đủ sáng, không đeo kính râm — rồi mới dán prompt vào. Muốn AI giữ đúng gương mặt thì đừng thay ảnh giữa chừng, và mỗi prompt nên chạy ở một chat mới để AI không lẫn với ảnh cũ.
1. Góc nhìn thứ nhất — nhìn thế giới qua chính đôi mắt mình

Dùng trên: ChatGPT, Gemini và các AI tạo ảnh có hỗ trợ upload ảnh tham chiếu (bản kèm ảnh ref bên dưới chạy tốt nhất trên ChatGPT Images 2.5 và SeeDream). Chỗ trong ngoặc vuông bạn thay bằng bất kỳ cuộc phiêu lưu nào: leo đỉnh Everest, lặn giữa rạn san hô phát sáng, lái xe đua trong đêm, hay hát chính trên sân khấu lớn. Câu "Remember to keep the image POV" lặp lại ở cuối chính là chốt khóa góc máy ở góc nhìn thứ nhất — bỏ nó đi, AI rất dễ trôi về góc nhìn thứ ba.

Mẹo: Những khoảnh khắc chờ đợi thường cho ảnh đẹp hơn lúc hành động cao trào — ví dụ "out on my surfboard waiting for a big wave" hay "watching the night sky from a high-altitude observatory". Nhớ ghi rõ địa điểm có tên thật (Everest, Monaco...) và thời gian trong ngày để bối cảnh chi tiết hơn.

Bạn có thể sửa phần trang phục, câu quote và màu nền theo ý mình, nhưng giữ nguyên đoạn FACE & IDENTITY LOCK và THREE-PANEL COLLAGE để bố cục không vỡ.
Mẹo: Muốn đổi vibe nhanh mà không viết lại cả prompt, chỉ cần sửa 3 chỗ: OUTFIT (đổi áo sơ mi trắng thành áo khoác da, áo dài...), BACKGROUND (đổi nền studio xám thành bãi biển, quán cà phê...) và câu quote trong BACKGROUND. Phần còn lại cứ để nguyên.

Bộ prompt "Rich Life" đang viral trên Instagram vì nó đặt bạn vào những khung cảnh xa xỉ mà không cần thuê máy bay hay siêu xe thật. Chìa khóa là cụm "Keep the image understated and believable" — càng tiết chế, ảnh càng giống thật; nhồi nhét logo và phụ kiện hào nhoáng chỉ làm ảnh trông giả như quảng cáo game.
Đổi cảnh mà giữ nguyên công thức, ví dụ hoàng hôn trên du thuyền:

Lưu ý: Ảnh "Rich Life" chỉ nên dùng để vui và thử ý tưởng thẩm mỹ, đừng đăng lên mạng như thể đó là trải nghiệm thật của bạn. Sau khi tạo xong, phóng to kiểm tra kỹ bàn tay, mặt đồng hồ, phản chiếu và đường may trên áo — ngón thừa hay logo méo là dấu hiệu tố cáo ảnh AI ngay.
4. Khóa khuôn mặt — dặn ChatGPT đừng "sửa" mặt bạn
When I upload a photo of myself and ask for an image, treat that photo as the identity reference. Keep my face the same: face shape, jawline, eye shape and spacing, eyebrows, nose, lips, ears, skin tone, facial hair, hairline, moles or marks, and glasses if I wear them. Do not beautify, slim, smooth my skin, change my skin tone, age or ethnicity. Change only what I ask for, such as outfit, background, pose, lighting or style. In follow-up edits, keep the same face as the original photo, not the last generated image. For heavy styles like cartoon or anime, keep my proportions so I am still recognisable. If you cannot keep my likeness accurate, tell me instead of inventing a new face.
Dùng trên: ChatGPT (mọi gói, kể cả miễn phí). Đây không phải prompt tạo ảnh mà là đoạn Custom Instructions — bạn dán nó một lần vào Cài đặt → Cá nhân hoá (trên app: Cài đặt → Tuỳ chỉnh ChatGPT), bật "Enable customization" rồi lưu. Đoạn này vừa đủ giới hạn 1.500 ký tự của gói miễn phí. Từ đó về sau, mỗi lần bạn upload ảnh mình và yêu cầu tạo ảnh, ChatGPT sẽ coi ảnh gốc là chuẩn nhận diện và chỉ đổi những gì bạn yêu cầu.
Sau khi lưu xong, dùng kèm mẫu prompt này cho mỗi ảnh:

Mẹo: Đổi một thứ mỗi lần: đổi trang phục trước, rồi mới đổi nền, rồi mới đổi ánh sáng. Yêu cầu đổi nhiều thứ cùng lúc là lúc khuôn mặt dễ trôi nhất. Nếu mặt vẫn lệch, nói "Go back to my original uploaded photo and redo this, keeping my face unchanged" hoặc mở chat mới và upload lại ảnh gốc. Thêm một dòng mô tả nét riêng của bạn (ví dụ nốt ruồi, răng khểnh) cũng giúp AI giữ mặt chính xác hơn.
Lưu ý: Không có prompt nào đảm bảo giống mặt 100% — ngay OpenAI cũng chỉ nói Images 2.5 "giữ chủ thể trong ảnh tham chiếu tốt hơn". Cứ chuẩn bị tinh thần tạo lại vài lần. Và chỉ dùng ảnh của chính bạn, hoặc ảnh của người khác khi đã được họ đồng ý rõ ràng.
